ASTORIA GARDEN VIEW
The one bedroom apartment right at Astoria Station is located next door to our Astoria Residence apartment. We have been renting out this apartment for over 10 years, the last time it has been renovated was in 2022, so the apartment has a fresh and renewed look. It has a big room, which serves as te living room and the bedroom as well. A well sized bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room / lounge area. The one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is located in the 7th district, right next to Budapest's Grand Synagogue, which is one of the main sights of the city. All the bars and restaurants of the Jewish District of Budapest are within walking distance and you have a super central location right on Astoria square.
TOSCANE BEDROOM
the apartment's bedroom comes with a king size bed, a work station to be able to work, a closet to store the clothes and a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a bed, so the bedroom can sleep up to four persons, the apartment has strong WIFI and all the amenities you might need
THE BATHROOM
the apartment has one big bathroom, all with a shower, sink and toilet, has plenty of hot water, we provide shampoo and shower gel for our guests, also the washing machine is located in the bathroom, we provide detergent and softener for it
THE APARTMENT
the one bedroom apartment has been renovated and refurbished in a way, that it makes it a perfectly comfortable space to stay, its windows are all facing to a beautiful green garden, which has none of the city's noise, despite having a super central location, it is a green oasis right next to Astoria
DINING SPACE
the dining table is placed at the kitchen, we are able to sit 4 persons at our dining table, as sometimes this apartment gets rented out together with the three bedroom unit next door, which adds an extra 9 persons, that case for up to 14 persons the dining space of the bigger apartment is a better option
RELAX / LOUNGE STATION
the living room has a comfortable sofa, which is a super cosy spot for reading or an afternoon nap, it actually opens down to a double bed, so if needed can be converted into extra sleeping space in the bedroom, there is plenty of natural light entering the apartment thanks to its big windows, you can relax while enjoying the beautiful wallpaper
KITCHEN / COFFEE CORNER
the kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped, has a fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and all the other appliances needed for cooking, plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses to have guests over for dinner, the table can sit 4 persons, but with the Astoria Residence combined you can have 14 persons for dinner
WORK STATIONS
right in front of the window in the bedroom we created a creative space, where you can add a chair if you would like to have some work done, while in Budapest, we tried to place the counter to get as much natural light as possible to make it an inspiring space to work, the super fast WIFI and electric plugs around the work spaces make it easy to connect and have some work done
THE ÁRKÁD BAZÁR BUILDING
the typical Budapest building with the big courtyard has two entrances, one from the Rákóczi út, the other from the famous Dohány utca, where the entrance of it is basically in front of the Grand Synagogue, one of the main sights of Budapest, you can even see the towers of it from the courtyard of the building
HERITAGE BUILDING
the heritage building was completed in 1869 on one of the main avenues of the historic Pest side, Rákóczi út, the building is a typical Budapest palace with its glamour and so much history to tell, but also has the marks of its 150 years of existence, there's a 24H supermarket in the building, as well as pastry shop, farmacy, restaurant as well as a metro station just a few steps away
