LISZT RESIDENCE

The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped with all the amenities a traveler could need in Budapest. There are two comfortable bedrooms, the bigger one also functions as the living room of the apartment, with a big sofa, there is a half and a full bathroom, a spacious kitchen with dining area for up to 6 persons. The apartment is located in the historic and beautiful 6th (Terézváros) district on the Pest side. Right next to the Music Academy, very close to the National Opera on Liszt Ferenc tér, which is a famous square in Budapest for cafes, restaurants and bars. We have equipped the apartment with air conditioning in every bedroom, have the fastest possible internet and everything else to make your stay perfect!

LIVING ROOM

the spacious room comes with a big and comfortable sofa, lounge corner facing the beautiful green courtyard of the building, there is a television as well as a work station right in front of the window, where you can sit and enjoy the views of Budapest's most beautiful residential courtyard, the living room is very big, it functions as the one of the bedrooms as well so it has a queen size bed as well

GRAND BEDROOM

the room comes with a huge queen size bed, has everything needed for a comfortable stay, place to store clothes, a working station, bedside lights for evening reads, the room faces the big and beautiful courtyard of the palace, AC & shutters make sure that you have perfectly good nights of sleep, the room closes of from the rest of the apartment with a door

PETITE BEDROOM

this is a small bedroom, has a queen size bed, which can be made a comfortable single or a queen bed comes with a beautiful ensuite bathroom, which opens from the room itself, the wall is decorated with Cole & Son underwater theme wallpaper, the room has place to store clothes and reading lights, AC & blinds make sure that you have perfectly good nights of sleep

BLACK & WHITE BATHROOM

the apartment has two bathrooms a full bathroom with a big walk in shower, sink and toilet and also a smaller separate toilet as well with a sink, it is nice to have both, we provide in the apartment unlimited hot water and we shampoo and shower gel

DINING AREA & KITCHEN

the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and has a dining table, which can sit up to 6 guests and makes a perfect place for a dinner party or family conversation, we provide tea and coffee for our guests, as well as cooking essentials

LOUNGE WITH EXTRA BED

the apartment's ceiling is almost four meters high, so the rooms feel very spacious and the apartment has windows on both sides huge windows, which let in so much light, the living room has an extra openable bed, which can be used single or turned into a queen size bed

COURTYARD GARDEN

Liszt Ferenc tér 10. has one of the most beautiful courtyards of Budapest with an old fountain in the middle, there is actual birds singing here during the Spring and Summer, if you open the living room windows you can let in fresh air and bird songs into the apartment

HERITAGE PALACE

the building is from the late 1800's, it has been well maintained and the restored two antique elevators with the wooden interior work perfectly fine and bring back the old grandeur of Budapest and the times of the Monarchy when the building was built

FRANZ LISZT SQUARE

the heritage building was built in 1869 on the prestigious Liszt Ferenc tér, right next to Andrássy út, the square is famous for cafes and restaurants, however the noise does not get to the apartment as it is facing the beautiful green courtyard of the building
